So it's great for a pre-warmup, gets the body warm, gets you ready for your next exercises so that it prevents injury. You can use it as a full cardio machine, get in your steady state cardio for 30, 40 minutes and it's really good for getting that heart rate up there so you can also do interval work on this machine. So let me just quickly show you the proper way to row. We're going to grab the handle. Using the legs, you're going to push back and actually pretend like you are really rowing a boat, coming through, extending back, bringing the handle up to the chest and then back again, push through the legs, bringing the bar up to the chest and releasing.
