  • Hi, I'm Courtney Bentley founder of Star Systems filming here at Pink Iron. In this video, I will demonstrate leg and arm exercises without machines. The great thing about being able to do leg and arm exercises without machines is you can do them anywhere at any time. I'm gonna go over 2 leg exercises and 2 arm exercises. The first 2 leg exercises are the sumo squat and the lunge kick. To start out with the sumo squat we're gonna put our feet out way past our shoulders with our toes facing out. Then we're gonna put our hands right on our hips and we're just gonna bend all the way down just like a sumo wrestler. All the way down and all the way up. This is really gonna get deep into those thighs and create nice long and lean legs. Squeeze those abs and up and down, all the way and up. Next we're go over the lunge kick. This is great to build nice glutes and long and lean thighs. We're gonna come on down putting our feet about 3 feet in front. We're gonna come down into a lunge creating a 90 degree angle and we're just gonna kick that leg up right up past the hip. All the way down, all the way up, making sure to keep proper form, abdominals squeezed in and arms can be at the hips if needed for balance. We're gonna switch sides, up, make sure to breath. Next we're gonna go over some arm exercises. We're gonna come on down for a pushup. Hands right underneath our shoulders. Feet straight out and we're just we're just gonna come down pushing down through the chest, nose down to the floor and back up. Make sure to breath, keeping those abdominals nice and strong. Next we're gonna do tricep dips. You can do these on a table, on a chair, or even on the floor. We're gonna put our hands right underneath our shoulders, feet nice and tight next to our bums, and we're just gonna lower down all the way till our bum touches the floor. Now if you want more of a challenge you could bring those feet out just a little bit more making sure to get deep down into that tricep, and up and up.
