    Great question there, since I talked about it a lot with some friends of mine, but never discussed it here though. As of recently I became a fitness coach, doing most of the Insanity workout exercises with my group, and the experience is great. One of the people in my group is a smoker. Not knowing what to tell him at first, I started doing some research as to get together some facts just in order to convince him to quit.
    He never did though, and it’s been three months now since he had joined the group. At first he complained some, about being short of breath and everything, but after a while he said that it was not that big of a deal.
