    as i said – i will surely be getting back to this kinda exercise routine while sitting at the desk as it’s super important, for us all who sit at the computer desk most of the time during the day, sometimes even night.
    the sitting job isn’t really a good one for our health & body, so we gotta compensate that, and make sure you better do it or at least start doing it now!
