The bodybuilding community has been the source of many of weight training's principles, techniques, vocabulary, and customs. Weight training does allow tremendous flexibility in exercises and weights which can allow bodybuilders to target specific muscles and muscle groups, as well as attain specific goals. Not all bodybuilding is undertaken to compete in bodybuilding contests and, in fact, the vast majority of bodybuilders never compete, but bodybuild for their own personal reasons.
So I read what Dr. Christiane Northrup had to say about urinary frequency in her book Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom, and she recommended using vaginal weights. I'd never heard of vaginal weights before, but fortunately Amazon had. I tried the Kegelcisor first, but was dissatisfied with it, so I sent it back and ordered the Kegel Exercise Weights.
I didn’t know there are so many exercises without weights to strengthen lower arm muscles. I always do barbell and dumbbell exercises. Thanks for the tips.
