    Like with our other product reviews Body Bow was put to the test by our team of fitness experts as well as many of our staff members.

    The exerciser offers multiple levels of resistance using tension rods and bungee cords, and allows you to target your chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps, and to a lesser extent, your abdominal and leg muscles.

    Upon initial testing of the Body Bow, we were impressed with how easy it is to use. Yet it seems to be more for beginner to intermediate level training as even at the highest resistance level, it does not offer that intense a workout...especially for the legs, calves and thighs.

    The reviews Body Bow received from our fitness experts were not great. In addition to the low resistance, they found the unit itself to be a little flimsy. On two units the clips came off the end of the tension bars.

    Other Body Bow exerciser reviews noted that the instruction booklet that comes with the unit does not show all of the exercisers...you have to watch the video to get the complete workout.

    Fitness Events Opinion & Recommendation:

    For beginners and intermediates, our Body Bow reviews show that you can get a decent workout with this new exerciser. At $59.95 it is comparable to similar units out there, and can offer a good alternative to some of the more space consuming, expensive exercise units.

    As far as more seasoned athletes and hard core trainers are concerned, this might not be the best choice for you. The resistance is just not great enough and the unit can be a little dangerous to use at the highest levels.
