  • I have a resistance trainer and use this to properly stretch out my back and shoulder muscles. Simply raising it up in front of my shoulders makes a good archery exercise. You can also keep your elbows straight and extended outward, stretch the trainer by moving your arms backward while squeezing your shoulder blades together. Stretch the trainer back as far as possible and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat the exercise in triplets (3 times). Exercises should always be repeated in triplets, with a rest in between each to make the most of the muscle building properties of each move.
