    I m 59 years old. Ab wheel exercises on knees is no longer challenging for me when i did straight 100 repetition. I do ma ab wheels-body straight -and on my toes. The best i can do is 24 straight repetition. My golf drive has increase bu more than 30 yards. I think the key is variations. Do not stick to one form of exercise
