  • I may be suffering with Adrenal Fatigue. What exercises do you recommend? I also don’t have a strong core after having had 3 kids, so i have difficulty doing any ab exercises. What would you recommend to make my core stronger?

    in spite of a lower back injury (spondy) a fractured coccys and whip lash injury with disk degeneration following a car accident 16 years ago (I am 56) and eventually an herniated disk …I am very fit and train regularly however I find it impossible to do the great majority of the abdominal exercise you mention here… standard crunches are basically all I can do though safely but I am looking for something else to vary… could you suggest anything? It is virtually impossible for me to lift both legs off the floor or to balance with one foot as my centre of gravity is greatly affected ….

However I have diastasis recti — separated ab muscles after pregnancy — and recently read to be extremely careful with ab exercises because they can worsen the separation or cause a hernia if you do the wrong ones.
